PROJECT
Cacao Collective Project
Helping chocolate lovers and makers to fully appreciate great cacao.

The Cacao Collective Project focuses on our collective love for chocolate.

For the love of chocolate:
With cacao and chocolate as central points, the Project aims to connect cocoa producers, chocolate makers and consumers.
The aims are to learn about the cocoa value chain from "Tree to Bar" , to connect small scale farmers and seasoned experts to facilitate direct market access and an exchange of knowledge
This includes following the growing process, understanding the effects of climate change and adaptation, as well as biodiversity issues and learning how to fully appreciate the ingredients and skills needed to make great chocolate.
With the Cacao Collective Project, you can:

-
Learn about the cocoa value chain -from tree to bar -with guest lectures and tasting seminars.
